My offer of Online Pilates Classes

Private sessions

From your home, vacation spot, or office, you can enjoy private and personalized Pilates classes with a certified Pilates teacher.

It is highly recommended to have taken a few sessions at the studio beforehand (minimum 5) to get to know each other better and to assimilate the fundamental concepts of Pilates.

Pilates online courses are interactive sessions: you perform the movements, I observe you and adjust your posture in real-time. These classes are true online and personalized exchanges. I do not use pre-recorded videos you have to follow.

Despite the equipment available for training being limited compared to the studio,
you will be surprised by how much can be achieved with everyday objects!

Don’t forget that Classical Pilates is above all a sports activity, which means that you will move, breathe, and certainly sweat! My advice: equip yourself with a good mat, flexible sportswear, a towel, and remember to hydrate yourself after the session!
Also, make sure you are not training while digesting.

Group sessions

Do you perform better when training with other people? I also offer online Pilates classes in small groups with a minimum of 3 people.

Groups are formed taking into account the needs and levels of each participant.
As in the case of private classes, these are interactive sessions: you perform the movements, I observe you and adjust your posture in real-time. These classes are true online and personalized exchanges. I do not use pre-recorded videos you have to follow.

The good thing: online group classes are a great experience to share with friends!
You can talk together about your difficulties, progress, and goals!

How do I prepare
for my first online Pilates class?

Before the first class, we will discuss your motivations and your expectations
in order to tailor the training program that best suits your needs.

A Classical Pilates session is preferably performed barefoot, in flexible sportswear.

Don’t forget to be equipped with a towel as well as a bottle of water to hydrate yourself after the session.
As with any physical exercise, you will be moving, breathing,
and certainly sweating! Also, make sure you are not training while digesting.

Choose a bright, well-ventilated room, with a minimum of space for your movements, and where you feel comfortable and at peace. Turn off your smartphone, relax,
and take 5 minutes before the session to reconnect with yourself.

Before each session, I will give you a list of everyday objects you might need (chair, scarf, etc…).
